ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE
We have a 48 hours exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange if the product is damaged or you receive a different product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a store credit that can be utilised to purchase any other product on our store.

1. Returns:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Inform: Within 48 hours of receiving your product, please email our customer support team at Support@zariajewels.com We kindly request that you provide us with the following information to facilitate the resolution process: order number, transaction date, delivery address, as well as an image of the defective item along with its original packaging. Our dedicated customer care team will thoroughly investigate your concern and provide a response within two working days.
Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once it's shipped.
Refund: Once we receive your returned package, our team will conduct a thorough quality check. Upon successful completion of the quality check, we will issue a refund in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned product. This coupon code can be used for future purchases on our website and will have a one-year validity from the date of issuance.
2. Cancellation of Orders:
Every order is generally fulfilled within 2 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded via a coupon code or in your original payment mode, with a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with the utmost care to ensure they reach our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:
1) Inform within 48 hours: Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product to clearly show the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at support@zariajewels.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your email within 48 hours.
2) Reverse Pickup: Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 24 hours after confirmation. We will request that you keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of pickup, and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges.
3) Resolution: Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product for your next purchase, which will be valid for the next 1 year from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you with a replacement or issue a refund coupon code.
Please note that the return process may take some time as we prioritize the quality inspection to ensure the best possible product experience for our customers.
4. Refund Policy Details:
Mode of Refund
- Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase. The credit note will be emailed to the registered email address or the email address used during the purchase.
- Total of ₹200 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. The balance amount will be shared in the form of a refund coupon code via email. No bank transfer/credit to the source will be provided for packages that are undelivered or returned.
- Any refund coupon code from the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to the expiration of the coupon code and cannot be used again.
- For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
- For Prepaid orders, ₹100 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer as well as 5% PG (payment gateway) charges will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes.
- For COD orders, ₹150 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer as well as 5% PG (payment gateway) charges will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes.
- A customer who has used a refund code to place an order and returns the order again will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order.
Eligibility
- Damaged / used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional ₹100 shipping cost.
- Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns.
- All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks before being sent. If the quality does not meet your expectations, no refund will be given.
Refund Time
- Coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the order.
- The coupon code issued as refund will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order.
- A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.
